We want all our puppies to be happy in their new homes! Our puppies come with a lifetime guarantee, with a few limitations. Details are below! Please feel free to print a copy of this page and if you'd like, I'll sign it for you when you pick up your puppy. I stand behind all our puppies.
Unlimited 30 day guarantee, limited lifetime guarantee
30 days
We will take back any puppy in the first 30 days for any reason for a full refund (minus cost of delivery at 50 cents/mile).
Lifetime health
We will take back any puppy that turns out to have a serious genetic defect or serious (non-cosmetic) health condition at any time for a full refund (this does not include serious reactions to the Lepto shot, see below). This also does not include stenotic nares repair and palate surgery, both of which are common for pugs and can be done when they are fixed. Lifetime happiness
We will buy back any puppy for a reduced price at any time, for any reason.
Lepto vaccine

Some pugs have adverse reactions to the leptospirosis vaccine, including seizures. Because of that, any puppy or dog that begins having seizures or dies within two weeks after receiving the leptospirosis vaccine (which is included in the eight- and nine-way vaccines) will not be covered by our health guarantee. You will probably have to specifically ask your veterinarian for a vaccine that does not include Lepto - many vets do not carry it and may have to special order it.
